"Choose Original Jute or Synthetic"
TRF imports genuine jute underfelt from England, as we prefer the real jute both on principal
and because we consider that it might be an important element of that famous British car smell.
Synthetic underfelt is also available, and it works very well too. Both types of material are of the
correct thickness to allow carpet pieces to fit well.
Pre-cut kits based on original patterns are available for TR4, TR4A, TR250, and TR6. At this
time, we do not have pre-cut kits for TR2 and TR3, but we would eventually like to develop kits.
For TR2 and TR3 models, we offer both jute and synthetic underfelt material to be cut and fitted as
required—to cover main floor areas, gearbox covers and prop shaft tunnels, and rear shelf areas.
