has provision for two snaps on each side to secure
the inside flaps to studs on quarter trim panels; does
not have cut-outs for seat belts, as belts of this vintage
secured to chromed bolts on the rear deck, the boot
having holes for the chromed bolts, so that the belts
could be anchored on top of the convertible top boot
