REAR LICENSE PLATE LAMP, TR6, 1969-72
"A Beautiful Chromed Part to Light Your Number Plate"
These lamps have been manufactured in England, and the quality is excellent.  It is
interesting to compare this elegant but fairly high-cost way of lighting the number
plate with Triumph's later method which has an elegance of its own in the simplicity
of its design.

TRUNK LAMP, TR6
"A Design That Is Elegant in Its Simplicity"
I don't know if this is a Lucas product like
most Triumph electricals.  The late license
plate lamps are Lucas products, and the
thinking on the two parts is very much the
same.  Whoever made it, I have always
appreciated its simplicity of design.
