RUBBER FLOOR MATS

From the factory, early cars were fitted with carpet on the floor area in front of the
seats. At commission number TS5089, the front floor carpets were replaced with
rubber mats. TRF has reproduced these mats from original samples.
We are also able to supply reproductions of the black rubber floor mats originally
made by Amco, and supplied as period accessories by Triumph dealers and by Amco
when the cars were new. These are heavier mats that cover the front floor area, and can
be used over top of the carpet or on the bare floor. It is interesting to note that there
was a time when Amco supplied these mats in different colours, black, red, blue, and
tan. John Swauger has a set of original red Amco mats in his TR3A that was a gift
from Charles Runyan...
