These listings are rather complicated in some respects, as the spare parts catalogue
indicates certain nominal change points, but in actual practice on the assembly line,
changes may have overlapped with existing practice so that cars with lower commission
numbers may have included the change while cars after the change point may have had
the earlier fitment. Also, changes may have happened to a part without actually
changing the part number. An example seems to be the early TR2 bonnet in aluminium
which carried the same part number as the steel version fitted later.
