WIRE WHEELS—CHROMED CENTER-LOCK NUTS, TR2, TR3
All TR2 and TR3 models with wire wheels were fitted with the two-eared nuts
rather than the octagonal ones, but you may run into regulations in some states which
require the octagonal nuts, probably due to a scene in the old James Bond movie,
"Goldfinger," where Bond saws the side off a Mustang with extendable eared nuts fitted
by "Q" to his Aston-Martin DB4...
