INTRODUCTION BY CHARLES

I have been working on versions of this catalogue all

summer, starting with the first issue of my web posting entitled,

"Favourite Parts" back in June of this year. At that time, I

selected a group of mini catalogue sections featuring some of

my favourite parts from TRF's inventory. In many cases, my

favourite parts are ones manufactured by ourselves mostly

through contracts with companies in many locations. Because

TRF controls the quality of these parts and because we buy

direct from the manufacturers, we are able to offer amazing parts

at amazing prices.

As the summer went on, I collected more and more mini

catalogue sections, and over the past six weeks, I have rounded

out the listings to cover a wider range of Triumph models and

applications. During the last two weeks before completion, I

have organized the parts into groups and repriced them to

provide outstanding deals to customers during Autumn 2011. It

was hard to know when to stop, and I could probably produce

another catalogue of similar length listing parts that I decided to

save for another time. As I write web postings almost every

week, these will not have to wait for another publication, but

they will show up sooner rather than later. If customers are

interested in seeing these postings, the best way is to subscribe

to my weekly e-mail newsletter. You can subscribe on our home

page, and you can unsubscribe just as easily later if you decide

that you no longer want the newsletter.

It has occurred to us at TRF that this catalogue might prove

to be an excellent source of Christmas Gift Ideas, and that is the

reason that we are making the prices effective till January 15th,

2012. At first, we had planned to have them end around

Thanksgiving, but leaving them in effect for a longer time will

make better use of the money and paper used in printing a book.

Part numbers never change at The Roadster Factory, and you

may want to keep this catalogue for reference even after the

prices have gone out of date.

Making this catalogue started out as an enjoyable thing to do,

and the whole project has been a lot of fun for me. I hope

customers will have as much fun in using it as I did in making it
