MOTO-LITA BRAND STEERING WHEELS
“Used on Classic Racing Triumphs and MG's, These Wheels

I've always loved the look of the wood-
rimmed steering wheels used on vintage racing
cars, such as TRF's Triumph TRS LeMans Cars,
The current production of Moto-Lita steering
wheels inherits all of the style and quality provided
on the wheels that Triumph, Jaguar, Aston-Martin,
and other British greats depended upon.
We have added a 16-inch wood-rimmed wheel
for TR2 and TR3 owners, as we feel they need the
extra leverage provided by a big wheel.  Note that
the TRS LeMans wheels were 17-inches in
diameter, and although they did not have them, the
TR2, TR3 control head could have been mounted
on the steering wheel.  Note that adaptor hubs are
now available for fitting the stock control head
along with a Moto-Lita wheel on all TR2 and TR3
models with and without adjustable steering
columns.
The laminated wood wheels are beautiful, but
you might prefer a leather wheel with either
polished alloy or black anodized spokes on a later
car such as TR250, TR6, GT6, or Spitfire.  Note
that the leather-rimmed wheels may look very
much like stock on some models.  Note also that a Moto-Lita wheel may not require
an adaptor on some very late models such as TR7, TR8, and Spitfire 1500.  You will
be able to tell from the photos.
